Returns & Exchanges
Simple, fair, and hassle-free.
Start your return using our returns form, or email support@ruesaintpatrick.com with your order number.
We'll send you a prepaid label — Canada Post for Canadian orders, USPS for U.S. orders.
Send the items back for a refund, or exchange them for another size or product. Canadian returns come to Montréal; U.S. returns go to our facility in Champlain, New York.

Duties, Tariffs & Taxes
For orders within Canada, all applicable provincial (PST) and federal (GST) taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders ship from our warehouse in Montréal, Québec.
For customers in the United States, orders ship from our distribution center in Champlain, New York, so there are no import duties, tariffs, or customs charges on your order. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of being shipped, please email us at support@ruesaintpatrick.com with your five-digit order number. We'll open a case with Canada Post or USPS and arrange to have your items re-shipped if the package is confirmed lost in transit or returned to sender.
