We'll send you a label — a pre-paid return or exchange label via FedEx or Canada Post, valid for 30 days.
Mail the items back to receive a refund, or exchange for any product of your choice. For exchanges, include the SKU and size of the item(s) you'd like instead.

All orders over $75 ship free to anywhere in Canada or the United States.
Delivery Window
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. We ship Monday through Friday.
Same-Day Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.
Next-Day Processing
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day.
Delivery & Tracking
All orders are processed on weekdays, excluding holidays. While most orders ship within 2 business days, please allow up to 7 business days during peak periods. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
All Canadian and U.S. orders include a tracking number. International orders include tracking only if the selected shipping method at checkout provides it.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, destination, or national holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days for tracked parcels and 12 business days for untracked parcels before contacting us.
Duties, Tariffs & Taxes
For orders within Canada, all applicable provincial (PST) and federal (GST) taxes are calculated at checkout. Our warehouse and distribution centre is located in Montréal, Québec.
For customers in the United States, please note that the De Minimis exemption (previously allowing duty-free imports up to $800 USD) has been suspended since September 1, 2025. Any duties or tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the customer. Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for paying tariffs on goods.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 7 business days of being shipped, please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com with your five-digit order number. We'll open a case with FedEx or Canada Post and arrange to have your items re-shipped if the package is confirmed lost in transit or returned to sender.
