Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived in. All original hang tags must remain attached — items returned without hang tags will not be processed.
To get started, email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com with your five-digit order number and we'll send you instructions right away.
Exchanges
We know getting the right size online isn't always easy.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size or product, we'll cover the shipping — one free exchange per order, valid for customers in Canada and the United States. Simply email us before sending anything back and we'll provide a pre-paid return label via Canada Post or FedEx.
Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement to you free of charge.
Returns for a Refund
Straightforward and fair.
To return items for a refund to your original payment method, contact us and we'll provide a return shipping label via Canada Post or FedEx. You can also mail items directly to our warehouse at the address below. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
U.S. Customer Returns
For our American customers — keep it domestic.
If you're returning an order shipped to a U.S. address, please send it to our U.S. distribution center in Champlain, New York rather than our Canadian address. This keeps the return domestic — no cross-border duties, no customs paperwork, faster processing.

Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $75.
Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after ship the following business day.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. We ship Monday to Friday across Canada and the USA.
Free Shipping
All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping to anywhere in Canada or the United States.
Return Labels
Pre-paid return labels are available by request via email for exchanges and refunds.
International Returns
UK, Europe & Australia
We accept returns from international customers. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for lost merchandise.
Tariffs, Duties & Taxes
For orders within Canada, all applicable provincial (PST) and federal (GST) taxes are calculated and processed at checkout. Our warehouse and distribution centre is located in Montréal, Québec.
For customers in the United States, please note that the De Minimis exemption (previously allowing duty-free imports of up to $800 USD from Canada) has been suspended since September 1, 2025. Any duties or tariffs imposed by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. Email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
Restocking Fee
We always aim to issue a full refund the moment we receive your return. However, we reserve the right to apply a $10 restocking fee per order if items are returned in any of the following conditions: missing hang tags, clearly worn, unbuttoned, smelling of cologne or perfume, covered in pet hair, or shipped back in packaging from another retailer (e.g., an Amazon box) when a mailer was specified.
Please Note
Keep Your Hang Tags — All items must be returned with original hang tags attached. Returns without hang tags will not be processed.
Do Not Use UPS — If UPS is used to return items and brokerage fees are incurred, those fees will be deducted from your refund.
Use Trackable Shipping — If returning items yourself, we recommend a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Gift Cards — Gift cards are final sale and are non-returnable.
If you're returning items yourself, please mark the customs description as "Returned Canadian Goods" and the reason as "Returned Merchandise." For shirts, use Harmonized Sales Code: 610510.
