WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Our return & exchange policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your items. You must contact us by email or from a form on our website within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange for different item(s) or to return any items for a refund to your Credit Card. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your five digit order #. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com for instructions on how to proceed for a return for a refund or an Exchange for a different item or size.
How do I return items for a refund?
You can mail items to us for a refund by mailing them to 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8 or contact us by email and we can provide a Return Label with either Canada Post or with Fedex USA to return items to us for an Exchange or a Return. Please note if we provide the Shipping Label for a return for a refund, a $15 restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from your Refund. In the case of an Exchange: we provide a Free Exchange Label, valid for 30 days for you to send us items back and will mail you other item(s) of your choice to try out with no additional charge to you.
How do I Exchange my Order? 
Contacting us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com (mailto:info@ruesaintpatrick.com) is the first step to setup an Exchange! We often set items aside for our customers to ensure they are not sold-out as some items definitely go fast! Be sure to reference your Order # which is normally 5 digits like Order #19849 and try to reference the SKU # or name of Shirt(s) or other items you’d like to Exchange with us. For example: I would like to Exchange the Bordeaux Shirt I ordered in “L” for the 511891-098-XL in “Extra-Large” [Reims Easy-Care Shirt in White] We know how hard it can be to find Clothing that fits perfectly and this is why Rue Saint Patrick will always provide a Free Exchange Label either with Canada Post or Fedex in the USA for customers to help them return items originally purchased in Exchange for Shirts or other clothing items in a different size, style, fabric or colour.
How do I return multiple items or Orders? 
Be sure to specify what items you’d like to return and please reference when possible the Order Number(s) For  example: “Order #19890  & Order #20201: would like to return 3 Shirts size “Large” - and would like to try your “XL” in the same shirts if possible!” Is an example of how to best communicate you’d like to Exchange 3 Shirts from L -> XL. How do I return an item that is damaged? 
We strive to ensure all items shipped are thoroughly inspected for Quality Assurance before being fulfilled and shipped to customers all over the world! Very rarely, a mistake may occur and a defective Product might be received. In all instances, we sincerely appreciate when customers forward us a photo and description of the defect in question by emailing a photo by email to info@ruesaintpatrick.com (mailto:info@ruesaintpatrick.com) If we are able to replace the Shirt with an equivalent shirt to replace it, we will do so, if the shirt is sold-out we can offer a different shirt or item to replace the defective item. For details on how to return any defective merchandise, simply email us for instructions on how to proceed.
How long do I have to initiate and drop off my return? 
We have a Flagship store located at 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8. You are welcome to drop off any items here for a refund to your Credit Card or an Exchange for something else Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 5:30pm or Saturdays from 11:00am - 5:00pm, please note the store is normally closed Sundays and closed on all Public Holidays. For Online shopping, you always have 30 days from the moment you receive the items to contact us by email at info@ruesaintpatrick.com (mailto:info@ruesaintpatrick.com) or by using an online form on our website to initiate a request for a Return for a Refund or an Exchange for something else. Once you receive a Return Label or Exchange label from us, those labels are typically valid for 30 days and so you have around 1 month to act on returning items to us either by mail or in-store in person.
How long will my return take to process? 
Once we receive items at our store located at 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8 we will issue a refund to your Credit Card. You can expect an automated email referring to your Order #, the amount refunded and the items that were returned and restocked at our store. After that, you can expect the refund / balance to your Credit Card to be applied within 5 - 7 business days. This is according to our payment processor, Shopify. How do I check my Return Status? 
If Rue Saint Patrick provides you with a Return Label it will certainly have a Tracking # associated with it! Once you see the item is on its way and has arrived in “Montréal, Québec” you can rest assured the refund will be processed within a matter of days. Once the items are delivered, we immediately issue refunds to orders being returned for a refund or send items in Exchange that have been set aside in the case of customers exchanging items for a different size or style. For General Order Tracking of Orders, visit our website, click on “Order Tracking” and you can track when your order will arrive without having to visit the Shipping Partner’s website like USPS or Canada Post!
How can I reprint my Return Label? 
We send all Return Labels and if applicable, Commercial Invoices & Packing Slips by email! Check your email inbox and do a search for info@ruesaintpatrick.com (mailto:info@ruesaintpatrick.com) all our Exchange Labels and Return labels are sent from this email address. If you still can’t find it, please email us and we are always happy to re-send Exchange Labels and Return labels already generated but please note: they are only valid for 30 days and do expire after that. Use any regular printer to print the Return Label and attach it with tape to the package to return the items to us for a refund or an Exchange for something else.

START AN ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Click “Start Return”and follow the on-screen instructions. Please have your Order number on hand and all items in their original, tagged condition. It is helpful to have the SKU # of the items you want to Return or Exchange with us to share which items you’re interesting in returning for a refund or exchanging for something else.

PACKAGE ITEMS

Print your return label and place your printed label on the package. Include a copy of the original packing slip in the box so that we can easily locate your order.Drop off your package at your nearest Canada Post orFedex location. To ensure you receive a timely refund, package each order with their corresponding labels or commercial invoice!

RECEIVE A REFUND CONFIRMATION

Once we receive the items returned to us for a refund, we will issue an email confirming we received the items and have started to process your Refund. You can expect your refund to be fully processed within 5 - 7 business days following the receipt of your return.

Free Shipping over $75 CAD:    

-We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $75 CAD / $55 USD. 

-We ship to anywhere in Canada or the USA between Monday to Friday.   

-Most customers receive their orders within 2 - 7 business days or less. 

-Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day.   

-Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. 

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

Simply email info@ruesaintpatrick.com within 30 days of receiving your order for further instructions on how to proceed with an Exchange or a Return and we'll confirm if the other size is in stock or share how to easily return Items for a Refund to your Credit Card.

 Keep the Hangtag On

All Rue Saint Patrick garments have a hang tag attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

Refund Confirmation 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in Canada:
Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s) for a refund please mail to: 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for a return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

Shipping on Exchanges in Canada 
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed. 

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post Office . Once we receive the item, we will re-send the correct size to you free of charge. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer on orders over $20.00 CAD.

Depending on where you live, shipping time can vary. When shipping an item for an exchange, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.

 

Shipping on Exchanges in the United States of America: 
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping in the USA  
Please contact us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com to arrange a Return for a Refund. Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for return shipping costs when returning for a refund. Do not under any circumstances use "UPS" to return items to us for a refund: UPS charges exorbitant "brokerage fees" please do not ever under any circumstances use UPS to mail us any items for a return for a refund.  

Instead we strongly recommend using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex International Connect Plus to return items for a refund to your Credit Card. Once we receive the items at our store you can expect an email confirming your refund has been processed. 

To return or exchange your product(s), please mail them to: 5524 Rue Saint-Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping an item for a return or exchange, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  Collect on Delivery Fees, Brokerage Fees & Customs, Duties & Taxes: 

Any items we import into Canada we pay duties and taxes to the CBSA to import them. Therefore, we will not be responsible or liable for paying additional fees, duties & taxes on your behalf if you choose to return items for a refund from the United States or other countries abroad using Courrier Services like "UPS".

If you return items for a refund and did not follow our clear instructions: the amount we are charged "Collect on Delivery" (C.O.D.) by UPS in brokerage fees will be deducted from your refund to your Credit Card. To easily avoid this situation: simply return items to us using USPS (United States Postal Service) or Fedex International Connect Plus to mail us back any items for a refund: adding "Returned Canadian Goods" in the Description of what is being sent back to us.

If I accidentally ship items from the USA to Canada back to Rue Saint Patrick for a Refund via UPS (United Parcel Service) how much will it cost?

Please be aware if you choose to send back for example 2 Men's Long Sleeve shirts for a refund using UPS: they will charge you: $48 USD ($65 CAD) in "Brokerage Fees." It may appear that UPS is the "cheapest option" to return items for a refund and that might be true in the United States for domestic returns: but it is in fact the opposite when shipping items from the USA to Canada due to the nature of "hidden fees" they refer to as "Brokerage Fees" you only discover the true amount once the package is delivered to our store and it is often close to the entire value of the package.  USPS & Fedex International Connect Plus are the best options and usually do not charge Brokerage Fees, Duties & Taxes unlike UPS. 

Return Shipping from UK, Europe & Australia:

Defective or Damaged Goods
