Return and Exchange Policy:

Our return & exchange policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an Exchange or Refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase such as your five digit Order #. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com for instructions on how to proceed for an Exchange or a Return for a Refund.

-We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $75. 

-We provide a Shipping Label upon request by email if you want to Return your products for a refund or exchange items for something else. 

-We ship to anywhere in Canada or the USA between Monday to Friday.   

-Most customers receive their orders within 2 - 7 business days or less. 

-Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day.   

-Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

 Shipping on Exchanges in Canada or the USA: 
We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size or product, we will cover the shipping to help you exchange your item for a different one of your choice.  Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed. 

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label which you can print at home, adhere to your parcel and drop off at your nearest Canada Post Office or your nearest Fedex Service Point. Once we receive the item, we will re-send the correct size to you free of charge. We only cover shipping for one exchange per purchase per customer. 

Return Shipping in Canada or the United States of America: 
Rue Saint Patrick can provide you with a Return Label with either Canada Post or Fedex. To return your product(s) for a refund to your Credit Card or Store Credit, please mail them using the shipping label we provide to: 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Confirmation:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Return Shipping in the USA  
Please contact us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com to arrange a Return for a Refund or use the online form under "contact us" on our website to write what you want to Return or Exchange with us. You can mail any items for a refund by mailing them to 5524 Rue Saint Patrick, Unit #508, Montréal, Québec, Canada, H4E1A8 

 We strongly encourage you to simply contact us by email and we can provide a Return Label with Fedex Express or Fedex Ground to return items to us for an Refund.  In the case of an Exchange: we provide a Free Exchange Label, valid for 30 days for you to send us items back and will mail you other item(s) of your choice to try out with no additional charge to you. 

  Keep the Hangtag On:

All Rue Saint Patrick garments have a hang tag attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.

How to mail back items yourself using your own Return Label: 

Firstly, do not under any circumstances use "UPS" to return items to us for a refund: if you do this and they charge us brokerage fees, these will be deducted from your refund. 

 To return or exchange your product(s) yourself without a label provided by us, please mail them to: 5524 Rue Saint-Patrick, Suite #508, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, H4E1A8. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure you write "Returned Canadian Goods" under the "description" and "Returned Merchandise" under the "reason" for the Return and if the items are "Shirts"use the Harmonized Sales Code: 610510If you need any guidance on how to successfully Return or Exchange items with us: do not hestitate to email info@ruesaintpatrick.com or call us at 5145163737 anytime.

Defective or Damaged Goods 
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com for instructions on how to proceed.

Restocking Fee of $10: if items are returned clearly worn, missing hangtags or unbuttoned, smelling of cologne/perfume or full of pet hair or fur: 

Normally we will issue a full refund to your Credit Card the moment we receive any items returned to us for a refund! We reserve the right to deduct a maximum $10 restocking fee per order if you mail us back items that are missing the hangtag, returned unbuttoned, clearly worn, smelling of cologne or perfume, or covered in pet [dog or cat] hair/fur. Finally if you send us items back in an Amazon Box or a Box from another retailer when we clearly asked you to use a "Reusable Mailer" a "Canada PostBubble Mailer" or "Fedex Large Mailer" to mail us back any items for a Refund to your Credit Card a $10 restocking fee may apply. Tariffs, Duties & Taxes: If you are purchasing items within Canada, all applicable provincial taxes [PST] and federal taxes [GST] are processed at the moment of purchase. Our distribution center and Warehouse is located in Montréal, Québec, Canada. 

If you are in the United States of America: please note that the "De Minimus Exception" that previously allowed you to import up to $800 USD of goods from Canada has been suspended since September 1st, 2025 meaning any Duties or Tariffs imposed by the Federal Government / US Customs on your purchases are payable by the customer.     Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for paying for Tariffs: the end user is.
