Fill in the form below and we'll email you a prepaid label. Most requests are answered within one business day.
Before you start
- You're within 30 days of the day your order arrived.
- The item is unworn, in its original packaging, with the hang tags still attached. We can't process returns without tags.
- You have your five-digit order number — it's at the top of your confirmation email.
Canada
Prepaid Canada Post label
We'll email your label once you submit the form. Your item comes back to our Montréal store.
United States
Prepaid USPS label
Your item goes to our facility in Champlain, New York. It stays domestic — no duties, no customs paperwork.
Damaged or defective? Add a photo to the form. We can't open a damage request without one.
Please don't ship with UPS. If brokerage fees are charged, they come out of your refund.
Exchanges — one free exchange per order. We send your replacement once the original arrives back with us.
