- We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.
- We ship across Canada and the USA, Monday through Friday.
- Most customers receive their orders within 2–7 business days.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the following business day.

Delivery & Tracking
Rue Saint Patrick processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. While most orders ship within 1 business day, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Orders shipped to Canada and the United States of America always include a tracking number.
- international orders may not include tracking unless a tracked shipping method is selected at checkout.
Return Labels
Rue Saint Patrick will provide upon request a pre-paid Return Label with either Fedex or Canada Post to help you Return any items for a refund or an Exchange for a different item of your choice. We recommend emailing us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com with your Order # to start the process
Returns & Exchanges:

-We will email you a Return or Exchange Label with Fedex or Canada Post you can use anytime within the next 30 days to return or exchange your items.
-Mail the items back to us to receive a refund or exchange them for any other products of your choice! Be sure to include the SKU # and size of the products you want to exchange

Duties & Tariffs: Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any duties, taxes & tariffs on all packages. Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible to pay tariffs on goods. Please note the "De Minimus exception" of goods under $800 USD no longer applies and the Federal Government in the USA now levies extra taxes [tariffs] on all American consumers importing goods even if it is only 1 or 2 Men's Shirts.

Rue Saint Patrick processes all orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed in both Canada and the USA are always granted a tracking number. International orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking.

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 12 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this timeframe or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at info@ruesaintpatrick.com and we will advise Canada Post, USPS or Fedex of any shipping delays.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
Please email us as soon as you can at info@ruesaintpatrick.com with your five digit Order # if your package does not arrive within 7 business days of being shipped. We can open a ticket with Fedex or Canada Post and arrange to have items re-shipped if items are lost in transit or returned to sender.
