Delivery & Tracking:Rue Saint Patrick processes all orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking (Canada Post currently does not offer tracking for US and international orders using their “Small Packet” service).
Customs & Duties: Rue Saint Patrick is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
