Delivery & Tracking:
Rue Saint Patrick processes all orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days or less, please allow up to 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking (Canada Post currently does not offer tracking for US and international orders using their “Small Packet” service).

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 10 business days for parcels with tracking, and 12 business days for parcels without tracking, before contacting us in regards to your order.
